How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Express shipping is delivered within 1–2 business days. Products in stock normally ship the same or next business day.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days open purchase on all products in original packaging. Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the product is defective.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped. Click the link in the email to follow the package in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All orders are invoiced. Payment terms according to your customer agreement, normally 30 days net. Invoice questions should be directed to our finance department.
Can I order products not listed in the webshop?
Absolutely! Contact your sales representative or our customer service and we will help you order products outside the standard range. We have access to our suppliers' full catalogs.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
You can still place an order. We will notify you of the estimated delivery time and you can choose to wait or cancel that line.
